The person behind the perspective

A little more
about Angel.

A considered approach to work, ideas, and life.

I’m Angel S. Horne, a Houston-based emerging professional exploring how people, organizations, and ideas grow. My work connects business operations, organizational strategy, entrepreneurship, and writing.

The academic chapter

I am studying Psychology with a minor in Management at Houston Christian University. Understanding people and the organizations they build informs my approach to business and leadership.

Building independent ideas

Through Jani Operations, I am developing a founder-led business operations and organizational consulting firm. My work includes its business model, service offerings, operational workflows, website, intake processes, scheduling infrastructure, and internal systems. Jani Operations is the firm through which I offer consulting services.

Words & creative pursuits

Writing is a space to explore ideas across business, entrepreneurship, organizational strategy, and personal and professional development. This journal will bring those interests together alongside selected creative work.

Leadership & community

My university leadership and community involvement include the HCU Student Government Association and Anti-Trafficking Huskies. I am interested in the structures that help people contribute to a shared purpose.

My approach to organizational strategy

Angel S. Horne is the name. Jani Operations is the firm. The reputation is the asset.

Areas of interest

Looking ahead

To build a thoughtful body of work, contribute to Houston’s business community, and develop a professional reputation grounded in clear thinking, considered systems, and meaningful relationships.
