Translate a university student innovation initiative’s multi-phase execution plan and existing website functionality into a more structured, sustainable operating model. The organization is anonymized pending publication approval.

Reviewed the operational execution plan and technical website handoff. Evaluated how administrative workflows, application processes, review responsibilities, documentation, and governance could be organized.
03Actions Taken
Identified process clarification needs and developed a two-option operational development proposal through Jani Operations. Prepared recommendations for leadership consideration and implementation discussions.

Developed: a two-option operational development proposal.
Option A — proposed: integrated digital operations connecting administrative workflows, tracking, reporting, and a Procedures and Resources Library.
Option B — proposed: a standalone toolkit of SOPs, trackers, templates, governance documentation, and annual leadership handoff resources.
05Outcomes
A structured proposal prepared for leadership consideration. Implementation is not confirmed. No deployed portal, complete SOP library, or measurable operational result is claimed.
